Who processes your data
The controller of your data is Numen di Rasman Francesco, VAT number (Partita IVA) 01452730326, Trieste, Italy, which operates Trimoneta. For any request concerning your data you can write to info@trimoneta.com.
What we collect
- Your question, your throws and the reading that comes of them, with the follow-up questions you ask and the answers you receive; for each, the language and the moment it was made.
- The diary pages and accounts you write yourself.
- The drafts of the question you refine before the rite, with the variants offered; and, when refining asks for a video, the record of its unlock: when it started, when it finished and when it was used.
- If you sign in with Google: the name, email address and profile picture Google provides, and the technical codes (tokens) with which Google confirms the sign-in. With the account we also keep your sign-in session and the status of any subscription.
- A few technical cookies: an anonymous identifier that ties your readings to your device even without an account, the session and sign-in security if you sign in with Google, the language, the coin style, the permit for the rite in progress, and the mark that you have already seen the welcome. Your browser also keeps the question and the rite in progress, the theme, the text size and the Library view.
- A technical fingerprint of your IP address — not the address itself — used only to limit abuse.
We use no profiling cookies, we have no advertising, and we neither sell nor share your data with anyone for commercial purposes.
Why we process them
To provide the service you ask for (generating and keeping your readings), to manage your account and any subscription, and to protect the service from abuse.
Who we share them with
- With DeepSeek, the language-model provider that composes the reading: it receives the text of your question — and of your follow-up questions, your accounts and the drafts you refine — in order to generate the answers. Your diary pages never reach it.
- With Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
- With Neon, which hosts the database.
- With Hostinger, which hosts the service.
Beyond these, no one receives your data.
How long we keep them
Your readings stay as long as you want them: they are your history. You can remove them at any time by deleting your account.
Readings created without an account, if never linked to one, are deleted after twelve months.
Your rights
You may at any time ask to access your data, to correct it, to erase it, to receive a copy of it or to object to its processing. If you have an account, complete erasure you can do yourself, from your Profile: delete your account and everything concerning you is deleted with it, readings included. From your Profile you can also download a copy of your data. The Profile is in the Trimoneta app; you can also ask for erasure or a copy by writing to info@trimoneta.com. If you have no account, you ask for erasure by writing to info@trimoneta.com. For anything else write to the same address: we answer within one month. You may also contact your data protection authority.
A note on the questions you write
The question you put to the oracle is free text, and many people write personal things. Treat it as you would a diary: it is yours, and we keep it for you. A single reading cannot be deleted today: if you would rather leave no trace of a question, delete your account, and every reading goes with it.
